TS 1
Compact system for small, fast assembly. Pallet sizes of 80, 120 or 160 mm square. Well suited to electronics, medical and optical work.
TS 2plus
Modular workpiece-pallet system for medium loads, with pallets from 160 x 160 to 1,200 x 1,200 mm. A proven choice for linked assembly and test lines.

Safety guarding: EcoSafe
EcoSafe protective devices and partition walls are modular components for building guarding. They are quick to assemble, tested to standards and combine easily with the aluminum profile system.
Pre-assembled protective frames
Pre-mounted frames let you put up a protective fence quickly, and the modular system allows short-notice adjustments on site. Frames are pendulum-tested to standards and exceed the minimum legal requirements; the load values are available for your risk analysis.
Spot-welded mesh frames
Frames with galvanized or black spot-welded mesh add stability, especially with EcoSafe system doors. Assembled frames in defined standard sizes can be ordered directly from stock.
Clear polycarbonate panels
Transparent polycarbonate panels give a clear view of the guarded zone. Vertically divided frames add stability to larger panels.
System doors and mounting kits
Door mounting kits make it simple to integrate EcoSafe system doors into the guarding, and the spot-welded mesh adds stability around the door.
Base plates and concrete screws
Base plates combined with concrete screws simplify anchoring the guarding to the floor and aligning it.
Profile system interface
EcoSafe combines easily with standard components of the aluminum profile system. The uniform interface lets protective frames integrate into production lines, and custom dimensions can be ordered from stock or built from standard components.
